1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to zsatraders.com, the official website of ZSA Traders, manufacturer and distributor of Pakiza Laundry Cream, located at Industrial Estate, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ZSA Traders and govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By accessing, browsing or ordering from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this website.

2. Definitions

• "ZSA Traders", "we", "us", "our" - ZSA Traders, its owners, employees and authorised representatives.
• "Website" - zsatraders.com, including all pages, content and features.
• "You", "your", "Customer" - any person or business accessing the Website or placing an order.
• "Products" - Pakiza Laundry Cream and any other goods we offer.
• "Order" - a request from you to purchase Products, however communicated.
• "Content" - all text, images, video, logos, layout and code on the Website.

3. Eligibility

You may use this Website and place orders only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, shop or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may suspend or block access, and refuse or cancel orders, where we reasonably suspect a breach.

6. Product Information, Descriptions and Images

We work hard to describe Pakiza Laundry Cream accurately, including its ingredients, size, weight and intended use. Even so:

• Photographs and videos are for illustration. Actual colour, fragrance shade, label design and packaging may vary slightly between production batches.
• Screen calibration means on-screen colours may differ from the physical product.
• Packaging, formulation and labelling may be improved from time to time without prior notice.
• We do not warrant that all descriptions, specifications or other content are entirely error-free. Where we find an error, we reserve the right to correct it.

Always read the label and directions on the actual product you receive before use, as the label prevails over website content.

7. Pricing, Availability and Errors

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Unless stated otherwise, quoted prices exclude delivery charges and any applicable taxes or duties, which will be confirmed before you commit to the order. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock may sell out. Retail prices set by independent shops and third-party marketplaces are outside our control.

If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order even after confirmation, and will offer you the corrected price or a full refund of anything already paid.

8. Orders, Quotations and Acceptance

Information on this Website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. When you place an order by phone, WhatsApp, email or contact form, that is your offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing or by dispatching the goods.

We may decline or limit any order at our discretion - for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery area is not serviceable, the pricing was wrong, we suspect fraud or resale abuse, or we cannot verify your details. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 14 days if no period is stated.

9. Payment Terms

We accept bank transfer, mobile wallet payments such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa, cash on delivery where available, and agreed credit terms for approved trade accounts. Payment methods are arranged directly with our team.

Never enter full card or bank credentials into any form on this Website - we do not ask for them here. Always confirm bank details directly with us using our published phone number before transferring funds, and treat any other account details as suspicious.

Orders are normally dispatched only after payment or an agreed deposit is received and cleared. Overdue trade balances may attract suspension of further supply.

10. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

We deliver across Pakistan using third-party couriers and transport companies. Delivery timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, strikes, public holidays and courier capacity.

You are responsible for giving a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Redelivery charges may apply for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or unavailability. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours as set out in our Refund Policy.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days; damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours; and opened laundry cream cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 12. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All Content on this Website - including the ZSA Traders name and logo, the Pakiza Laundry Cream brand, product names, packaging designs, label artwork, photographs, videos, text, graphics and source code - is the property of ZSA Traders or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, adapt, translate or display any of it commercially without our prior written consent. In particular, you must not use our brand assets to market, package or sell imitation, refilled or counterfeit products. We enforce our trademark and packaging rights.

You may share links to our pages, and quote short extracts with clear attribution to zsatraders.com.

13. Your Submissions and Communications

When you send us feedback, reviews, photographs, testimonials, product suggestions or enquiries, you confirm the material is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce and display that material for reasonable business purposes such as quality improvement, customer support and marketing, with attribution where appropriate.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate. Do not send confidential information you do not wish us to use.

This Website links to third-party platforms - including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Maps - and loads fonts and icons from third-party providers. Statements on this Website about cleaning performance describe normal expected results under ordinary conditions and are not guarantees for every fabric, stain, water quality or washing machine.

16. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Products giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law - including your statutory consumer rights.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZSA Traders and its owners, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Products, your infringement of any third-party right, or any unlawful act or omission on your part.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, fire, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, government action or restrictions, import or export bans, power or fuel shortages, raw material shortages, courier failure, or internet and telecommunications outages. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

19. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. By using the Website you consent to those practices.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, this Website or our Products are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

You and ZSA Traders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

21. Dispute Resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly - most issues are settled quickly and informally. Write to info@zsatraders.com with full details of your complaint and your order reference, and we will respond in good faith, normally within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under Pakistani law, subject to section 20.

22. General Provisions

• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website, and supersede earlier communications - except where a signed supply or distribution agreement exists, which prevails on conflicting points.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• Language. These Terms are published in English. Urdu translations on this Website are provided for convenience; the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our products, business practices or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Changes take effect when published, and your continued use of the Website afterwards constitutes acceptance. Orders are governed by the version of the Terms in force when the order was accepted.
